ABOUT ME
I started sewing before most kids could adequately tie their shoes, and before that, I was putting on fashion shows with the piles of scrap fabric at my grandma's house. There is so much about fashion that interests me, but most of all, it is the way it can make people smile. Seeing a unique piece of clothing can brighten someone's day in such a simple way.

When you're wearing your favorite frilly dress or that pair of jeans that hug you just right, you feel confident, powerful, and unwilling to let anything get in your way. How you feel can give you the confidence you need to do whatever you set your mind to. Fashion has so much power and endless potential for inspiration. This desire to create compelling pieces is what led me to where I am now, studying fashion design at Mount Mary University with current goals of creating or curating garments that bring happiness and confidence to others.

As I navigate through my career path, I look forward to exploring the many career choices within the field as there is so much potential in the fashion industry to be successful. Here's to finding a career that inspires me!
